Yoga, Stretching and Meditation
Yoga improves strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, focus, concentration and promotes relaxation and deeper sleep. The breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques employed in yoga reduce stress and anxiety and help with management of emotions. Group yoga classes provide an opportunity for social interaction with peers in a non-competitive environment helping to build social skills and self-confidence. In children, yoga helps strengthen children, growing bodies and helps them improve flexibility, which can reduce their chance of injury.
Yoga teaches discipline and reduces impulsivity. It can reduce challenging behaviors in the classroom by providing a physical outlet for children to express themselves.
Group Classes: $45 per person
Private One to One Classes: $125 per hour

COACHES
*Elizabeth Brinkley*
Elizabeth has been a personal trainer and stretching expert for fourteen years. She maintains herself i in the highest possible physical condition and has "before" and "after" pictures to show clients the benefits of regular stretching. A yoga practitioner for years, she traveled to India to become certified to teach yoga internationally.
Her favorite yoga to teach is Vinyasa. Elizabeth is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
*Jennifer Dias*
Jennifer has been a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance since 2017 but has been practicing at expert-level for decades. She has an interest in all types of yoga, including yoga room unusual backgrounds. She is familiar with both the more traditional Hindu yoga as well as yogic styles from Sikh backgrounds such as Kundalini yoga. Her favorite yoga to teach is Yin.
She is an expert in sound baths, gong work, relaxation, and meditation techniques.
Basketball
Basketball helps children to enhance their skills and performance. Basketball as a competitive sport helps with personal growth and teaches the importance of team-building values including inclusivity, sportsmanship, working together and character. Playing team basketball keeps the body healthy and strong but also teaches camaraderie and tolerance. It is a great way for children to forge friendships.
We teach one on one and also in group settings.

With a contagious passion for basketball and a talent for bringing out the best in his players, Andrew has built a winning tradition that extends far beyond the court. His positive attitude, expert guidance, and dedication to fostering a love of the game have made him a beloved mentor to countless young athletes.
